Facts
The goldfish is one of the oldest known domestic animals and developed about 1,000 years ago through breeding in eastern China. The small cute goldfish is actually a carp. But just a very small one. They say the goldfish have a memory of only three seconds. However, it has been discovered the goldfish can remember things for more than three seconds, for at least three months.
